Paul Perkins AM (Chairman)
Mr Perkins is a national leader in public sector reform and the emerging sustainable development movement. He provides advice to governments on science policy-operations integration focused on environment and natural resource management, industry development and sustainability strategies.
He has maintained various academic and advisory roles as well as numerous directorships relating to commercialisation of innovations in the environmental sector. He has been involved in the successful implementation of several public-private partnerships and alliances.

Mr Andrew Want

As a partner in a Sydney law firm in the 1980s and 1990s Andrew practiced in corporate and commercial law, water law, local government, property and planning law, and in the corporatisation and privatisation of rural water services.
From 1997 - 2003 Andrew was CEO and Managing Director of foreign currency services company Travelex in Australasia and Japan, and from 2003 – 2007 CEO and Managing Director of ASX/NZX listed Veda Advantage Ltd. Andrew has extensive corporate and commercial experience in Australasia, Asia and the Middle East ranging across strategic planning, M&A, project execution and business development.
Since 2007 Andrew has specialised in energy and environmental services markets, completing a Masters of Law in 2010 with particular focus on renewable energy, water and carbon markets, and energy sector reform.
Andrew is CEO of solar thermal energy innovation company Vast Solar Pty Limited, is a member of the Financial Markets Advisory Group of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and New Zealand and inaugural Chair of the Australian Solar Thermal Energy Association Ltd. He is immediate past Chair of The Fred Hollows Foundation.

Ms Julie Garland McLellan
Ms Julie Garland McLellan is an internationally acclaimed expert on government sector governance. She is the author of 'All Above Board: Great Governance for the Government Sector' and a frequent contributor to governance conferences and publications.
Julie has a degree in Civil Engineering, an executive MBA, a diploma and an advanced diploma in company directorship.

Mr Merv Jones
Dr Merv Jones is a professional company director and part-time engineering consultant. In addition to being a Board member of Kimbriki, his current governance roles are:
- Chairman of Pacific Environment Ltd (ASX: PEH) since February 2010, non-executive director since July 2009.
- Non-executive director of Orbital Corporation (ASX: OEC) since April 2008.
- Chairman of SciTOX Ltd (a private technology company based in Christchurch) since December 2008.
- Board member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers in Australia since March 2009.
Prior to focusing on governance roles, he gained wide experience as a senior executive with a successful leadership track record of growth and profitability in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. His most recent full-time executive position was for seven years as the Asia Pacific Managing Director of URS Corporation, one of the largest engineering design and environmental companies in the world.
As well as significant experience in company management and commercial governance, Dr Jones, who is a chemical engineer by training, has over 40 years experience in the environmental area, including research, engineering studies, consultancy, management and enforcement. His particular expertise is in the assessment of the environmental effects of air discharges and atmospheric dispersion modelling. He also has significant experience in air pollution control technology. His environmental and engineering studies have included substantial work on municipal landfills, solid waste transfer stations, composting and hazardous waste disposal facilities in Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia.
He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. He was named as one of the 100 Most Influential Engineers in Australia in both 2005 and 2007.
